Sorry to hear about the diverticulitis flare. I had a head 'flare' last week, so I have been with you in the trenches ... and in the thunderstorm memories! The kids and I both said it reminded us of South Africa. Feel nice to think we were both thinking the same thing a few roads away from each other.

Oh thanks Lizzie, she wasn’t enthusiastic as I dropped her this morning but I have just had a video of her happily walking with other dogs so 🤞🏻Good to know there’s a decent alternative though. Xx

I love my beautiful terracotta pots so much, thank you 💕💕 I also love my Stripe and Stare knickers and am probably due to buy some more but like many things in life, more knickers is rarely at the top of my to do list! Sorry you've been unwell Vanessa, this aging malarkey is not what we thought it would be at all is it! Ignoring all the parts that malfunction and seem to return to normal functioning again but in a state we no longer recognise, what I would like to know is how, when everyone I have ever spoken to says aging is the time for slowing down yet I am busier than ever? Grrr...
I guess 'il faut faire avec!' as we say here... 'we gotta make the best of it" although, and this will make you feel much much better I am sure, I believe you can get away with looking and feeling any age you want right until someone asks if you would like their seat on the bus which is exactly what happened to me in Toulouse on Saturday... I would have cried if it hadn't been such a generous offer! xx
